Asia and at home. In Vietnam we are destroying the countryside with our defoliation program. At home we dump wastes from the production of herbicides into the communities of blacks and the poor who live in the neighborhoods adjacent to the chemical companies that produce 2-4-5 T and 2-4 D components. –Barry Commoner .
